This page is for a shopper who signed in to a store's account inside a mobile shopping app built with Shoplix, the Shoplix app on Google Play and the App Store included.
The account belongs to the store you shop at, and it lives on Shopify, the platform the store runs on. Deleting it erases what the store and Shoplix keep about you, as the table below says.
Delete it in the app
- Open the app and go to the account screen. Sign in if you are signed out.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read what happens, then tap Delete my account.
The app sends the request to Shopify at once. Shopify erases your data 10 days after the request.
Delete it without the app
Send an email to support@shoplix.ai from the address of your account at the store. Write the name of the store and ask for your account to be deleted. We pass the request to the store, and the store asks Shopify to erase your data. You can also write to the store directly.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Backups | A deleted record can stay in a backup for up to three months. A backup is restored only to recover from a failure, and the same deletion runs again after a restore |
To stop notifications at once, turn off notifications for the app in your phone's settings.
